  Very disappointed! Our server saw our party size and immediately wanted to rush us. We asked for more menus for the appetizers and small plates and her response was "hmmmm....I guess I could bring out one or two more" We had eight people and there was only one on the table.....seven more would have been great! We all ordered drinks and proceeded to order our full dinner entrees which came with soup. We were given the choices of tomato basil, butternut squash, and french onion. Just like that......not saying :there will be an additional charge of $2.50 for each french onion. Six of us ordered the french onion and were very surprised when we received our bill. Ethically, I feel she should have said something when almost all of us were ordering the french onion. As my cousin stated "that was very sneaky". We also had an order of french fries that didn't come out until we asked (which was almost to the end of our meal) and her response was " they are coming-he (the cook) didn't have enough made up. She never apologized or acted like anything was wrong. She told us the gratuity was already added on because of our party size (twice actually) when she brought out our bill. On the menu it says SUGGESTED gratuity of 18% but she stated that it was basically MANDATORY. What happened to honesty and ethics? What goes around comes around.......we will not visit this restaurant again! I hope the owners aren't prompting the servers to act in this way, that would be very sad!!
