The staff is always extremely friendly, every coffee I've had has been amazing along with the food. Many times there are specialty drinks so there's frequently new things to try! Yes, on extremely busy days sometimes certain items on the menu are gone but keep in mind it's not McDonald's, the food is fresh and they don't have an endless supply. Not the employees faults!
